About the hotel

Pullman ZamZam Makkah is in the Zamzam Tower of Abraj Al Bait, the government-owned seven-tower complex beside the Masjid al-Haram developed by Saudi Binladin Group. Accor describes it as the first hotel to open in the development: it began operating in 2006 as the Zamzam Grand and was rebranded as a Pullman in 2012 under a deal between Accor and Kuwait's Munshaat Real Estate Projects. Its roughly 1,300 rooms and suites include many with Haram or Kaaba views, and its restaurants include the Al-Amber and Al-Zahra buffets.
