About the hotel

Rafal Real Estate Development Company built the tower in the Al Sahafa district of north Riyadh, on King Fahd Road not far from the King Abdullah Financial District. Designed by P&T Group with a glass facade and stone-clad podium, it combines a hotel with several hundred residential apartments and sits beside a retail boulevard of cafés and boutiques. The hotel opened in early 2014 as Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski, the group's first property in Saudi Arabia, and has since left the Kempinski brand.
