About the hotel
Katara Towers, a pair of crescent-shaped towers on the Lusail Marina waterfront north of central Doha, were designed by Dar Al-Handasah for Katara Hospitality; their crossed form recalls the scimitars on Qatar's national emblem. The towers hold two Accor hotels that opened in 2022, shortly before the FIFA World Cup: the all-suite Raffles Doha, with 132 suites, and the 362-room Fairmont Doha. Facilities include Katara Hall, a ballroom for up to 2,500 guests, along with spas and a range of restaurants.
