About the hotel
Hilton Dongguan is a planned full-service Hilton on Guantai Road in Houjie Town, Dongguan, developed by Huijing Group as part of a mixed residential, hotel and commercial scheme; its tower topped out in 2013. Announced as a 477-room hotel with extensive meeting space, it had still not opened as of early 2026 after repeated delays, and Chinese media reported that the owning company was in court-supervised pre-restructuring. Hilton's website lists the hotel but does not take bookings.
