This oceanfront condo-hotel at 18001 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was developed by Dezer Properties in partnership with Donald Trump and opened as the Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort, initially managed by Sonesta. It is now described as independently operated under the Trump name. Accommodation ranges from rooms to one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens and balconies, and the resort has an oceanfront pool on a private stretch of beach, a spa, Gili's Beach Club and more than 22,000 sq ft of event space.
