About the hotel

Developed by Donald Trump and businessman Phil Ruffin and designed by Bergman, Walls & Associates, the hotel opened in March 2008 on Fashion Show Drive, near the Fashion Show mall and a short walk from the Strip. The condo-hotel, with about 1,280 units, is recognisable by its gold-infused glass. It has no casino and is entirely non-smoking, with a pool, a spa and the DJT restaurant; a planned identical second tower was put on hold during the 2008 credit crunch.
