1717 Broadway, on the north-west corner of Broadway and 54th Street in Midtown Manhattan, houses two Marriott hotels with 639 rooms between them: the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park on the lower floors and the all-suite Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park above, whose suites have kitchenettes. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara for owner Granite Broadway and completed in 2013, the tower is a few blocks from Central Park and Columbus Circle, and its restaurant and bar is The Central.
