About the hotel

Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened on 13 December 2023, nearly 17 years after construction began. Developed by Jeffrey Soffer's Fontainebleau group and designed by Carlos Zapata Studio, the tower was topped out in 2008 but stalled when the project went bankrupt in 2009; it passed to Carl Icahn and then to Witkoff, which planned to open it as The Drew, before Soffer bought it back in 2021. Close to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the resort has 3,644 rooms, a casino, the BleauLive theater and LIV nightclub.
